Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. All returns must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a major carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and purchasing shipping insurance for added protection. Please keep your tracking number for reference. Captain Movability is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect depends on your payment provider.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and a description of the damage when contacting us. Claims made after the 2-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
